The Regional Gallery Curator, Niomi Sands has recently been on her regular pilgrimage to Venice to view the Biennale, she expressed that this year’s exhibition was just amazing and full of extraordinary artwork of all types. Niomi is looking forward to sharing the highlights with you at this slide night.

The 57th Venice Biennale exhibition Viva Arte Viva features 120 invited artists, 103 of these are participating for the first time, 86 national participations, special projects, and 23 collateral events exhibited in the historic Pavilions at the Giardini, at the Arsenale and in the city centre of Venice.

The Exhibition offers a route that unfolds over the course of nine chapters or families of artists, beginning with two introductory realms in the Central Pavilion in the Giardini, followed by seven more realms to be found in the Arsenale and the Giardino delle Vergini.

Viva Arte Viva is an Exhibition inspired by humanism - declared Christine Macel.
