Free tickets are now available for the NSW Government’s popular Seniors Christmas Concerts, which are being held in Port Macquarie on Tuesday 28 November. Two concerts will be held at the Glasshouse Theatre, starting at 10:30am and 2:00pm
Tickets are free and only offered to seniors aged 60 years and over.
Up to four tickets are available per person. People with a lifelong disability and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people are classified as a senior if they are 50 years of age or over. Non-seniors are able to attend the concerts with a senior, if they are a carer or companion.
The concerts are presented by NSW Department of Family and Community Services to thank and recognise seniors for their valued and ongoing contributions to their families and communities. The Christmas concerts travel to different NSW locations each year and the Premier’s Gala Concerts are held in Sydney during the NSW Seniors Festival in April 2018.
