CONDITIONS

GLASSHOUSE houses a number of unique venues that provide state of the art facilities for the enjoyment and celebration of all patrons. Ticket purchase is subject to the Conditions of Sale of Tickets and the Conditions of Entry that apply and are available at www.glasshouse.org.au or the Box Office.

Conditions of Sale of Tickets to the Glasshouse Arts, Conference and Entertainment Centre  Venues.

1. Tickets must be retained for inspection.

2. This ticket is sold on behalf of the Organisation and may be subject to additional conditions of admission to the Event.

3. Tickets may only be refunded or exchanged in accordance with the applicable conditions for the Event.

4. If the Event is cancelled for any cause reasonably beyond the control of the Glasshouse, there is no automatic right of refund or exchange and no obligation is assumed by the Glasshouse for arranging a substitute event.

5. Glasshouse reserves the right to: (i) deny entry; and (ii) to vary the Event Program, ticket prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity for the Venue.

6. Late arrivals may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the Event Program.

7. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be used within the Venue or for the still photography or recording of Glasshouse exhibits and events. Breach of this requirement may lead to confiscation of equipment and recording medium. Mobile communication devices must be switched off during the Event.

8. Entry to the Event is subject to the requirements of the classification and censorship laws in operation in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

9. Entry to the Event is subject to the Conditions of Entry that apply to the Glasshouse Arts Conference and Entertainment Centre. 'Glasshouse Exhibit' includes any media art works or films on display in any form at the Glasshouse. 'Conditions of Entry' means the conditions on display at the major public entrances to the Glasshouse. 'Venue' means the venue at the Glasshouse Arts Conference and Entertainment Centre in which the Event takes place. 'Event' means the event for which this ticket has been purchased. 'Event Program' means the sequence of Films that have been advertised and the sequence of Films that are screened at the Event. 'Films' includes films, videos, digital media and any other media format. 'Organisation' means either Glasshouse or the entity / natural person that has entered into an arrangement with Glasshouse to use the Venue for the Event.
