Metropolis is an exhibition of new artwork by mid north coast artist Edward Duncan. Duncan’s raw and colourful works are filled with confrontational imagery inspired by issues and stories in the daily news, forgotten history, human evolution, environmental problems.
Duncan explores ideas on human evolution and animalistic behaviours – while questioning contemporary society and people’s tendency to flock together and live in concrete anthill metropolises with no tribal bonds.
On view from 24 February - 22 April 2012
