EDUCATION @ THE GLASSHOUSE BOOKING PROCESS

Make your school group booking the easy way!

1.  Simply download our Booking Form and complete it for each performance, exhibition or workshop you wish to book.

2.  Fax the booking form to the Glasshouse Box Office on 6581 8107.

3.  One of our Box Office team will contact you to confirm the details.

4.  If you have a further enquiry or questions regarding your booking please call the Glasshouse Box Office on 6581 8888.

Note : A booking form is required for both serviced and self guided visits.

TRAVEL LIGHT WHEN YOU VISIT THE GLASSHOUSE

The Glasshouse does not have security facilities to accommodate large numbers of school bags. It is requested that all large bags be left at school or secured on coaches. Please note that while exercising every care, we cannot take responsibility for the security of any baggage. 

STUDENT TEACHER RATIOS

These education group ratios are strongly advised to maximise education outcomes and the experience of the Glasshouse for each education audience and the wider general public. Please note them when requesting a facilitated tour or program. 

For Gallery Services, Serviced Tours & Workshops:

• Years K-6         Serviced 1:8      |        Non-serviced 1: 10
• Years 7-12       Serviced 1:15    |        Non-serviced 1: 30
• Tertiary            Serviced 1:15    |        Non-serviced 1: 30

For Performances in the Theatre or Studio:

• Years K - 6     1:10
  (1 free ticket per teacher for every 10 students)
• Years 7 - 12   1:20
  (1 free ticket per teacher for every 20 students)
• Tertiary    1:20
  (1 free ticket per teacher for every 20 students)
