COUNTRY ENERGY Art Prize - entry forms now available

Now in its eighth year, the $35,000 Country Energy Art Prize for Landscape Painting showcases the wealth of artistic talent across country and coastal New South Wales while contributing to the visual arts industry. 

It is Australia’s richest annual landscape art prize, attracting entries from previous Archibald and Blake Prize winners to first-time entrants.

This year, the Glasshouse Regional Gallery will host the 2010 CountryScapes exhibition, showcasing the finalists' work and announcing the 2010 winner.

Entries close Friday 25 June 2010.

• Successful artists advised: Tuesday 10 August 2010
• Originals of finalists’ artworks must be received by: 10 September 2010
• Winner judging and announcement – Port Macquarie: 30 September 2010
• Exhibition – Glasshouse, Port Macquarie: 30 September to 28 November 2010
