PORT MACQUARIE TOWN BAND - "In Concert".

After a 2009 Glasshouse sell-out concert, Port Macquarie's own NSW Championship Band returns to again delight locals. This year they will share the stage with Lane Cove Concert Band to present an eclectic range of music using various ensemble types. Don't miss out on a ticket this year!

The Lane Cove Concert Band was formed in 1963, currently it consists of two large bands under the baton of Musical Director Mr. Phil Arnold. The Cameraygal Concert Band comprises a group of approximately 45 enthusiastic woodwind, brass and percussion players of all ages with an average playing standard of 5th grade AMEB.

Port Macquarie Hastings Municipal Band is celebrating its 30th year in community service in the Port Macquarie region. Known as the "Town Band",  it is proud of a heritage which reaches back to a community band in Port Macquarie in 1891.  Led by the Band's Musical Director, Glenn Moore, is set to crown the Town Band's achievements to date.
