The Glasshouse will contain a café and bar, which is to be open throughout the day and on evenings when the Glasshouse is open for performances and events. The Café Bar will provide local produce, a unique atmosphere and provide a place to relax in quality surroundings.
The Café-Bar will service the needs of commercial events and functions as well as community events and functions :

Port Macquarie Hastings Council in conjunction with Food Services Consultants Australia have developed a strategic direction for the Glasshouse and will be seeking expressions of interest shortly.
Expressions of interest are in the process of evaluation.
