Box Office Information

Payment Options

The Glasshouse Box Office accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Eftpos, and Cash Payments in person, Visa, Mastercard and Amex payments over the Telephone and Visa and Mastercard only over the Internet.

 

Single Tickets

Single tickets for performances subject to availability, are now on sale. Book online, by calling (02) 6581 8888, or at the Glasshouse Box Office (corner Clarence and Hay streets, Port Macquarie).

 

Group Discounts

Group Discounts are available for some performances. Group Bookings must be made via the Glasshouse Box Office and are not available online.

 

Concessions

The Glasshouse Box Office accepts Seniors Cards, Pension Concession Cards, Health Care Cards, Companion Cards and Student ID Cards for concession priced tickets.

 

Companion Card

The Glasshouse supports the Companion Card Program. For more information on Companion Cards please visit www.companioncard.org.au

 

Booking with friends

If you are booking with friends, please book via the Glasshouse Box Office at the same time to ensure that your seats are allocated beside each other.

 

Ticket Exchange for Subscribers

Subscribers may exchange their tickets to another performance of the same production at no cost by returning their tickets at least two working days prior to the performance (subject to availability).

 

Ticket Collection / Delivery

Where Ticket Collection is requested Tickets can be collected from the Glasshouse Box Office from 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm weekends and Public Holidays and 1 hour prior to the scheduled performance.

Tickets purchased online will automatically be posted out for events that are purchased more than 10 days prior to the performance date. Tickets for Events that fall within 10 days of ticket purchase date will be retained at the Glasshouse Box Office for collection.

 

Lost Tickets

If you have misplaced your tickets, please come to the Glasshouse Box Office 1 Hour prior to the performance and with the correct identification we will replace your tickets. Please Note: Tickets can only be replaced on the night of the performance.

 

Deferred Payment

The Deferred Payment Plan allows subscribers to purchase a subscription package up front with individual show payments debited to a nominated credit card one week before the day of each show selected. Subscriptions are non-refundable and not subject to cancellation. If credit card details change during the course of the subscription, the subscriber is obliged to notify the Glasshouse in order to ensure legal processing of ticket payments. The Deferred Payment Plan applies to Visa and Mastercard only. ($1 fee applies per performance.)

 

Latecomers

To avoid disappointment, arrive 15 minutes before the performance commences. Latecomers will not be admitted until there is a suitable break in the performance.

 

Babies at Performances

There is a crying room located on Level Three. You can see the performance and sound is provided by audio relay.

 

Adult themes and strong language

Adult themes and strong language are noted where appropriate.

 

Taking Photographs

No unauthorised recordings, still photographs or video of any kind are to be made of any Glasshouse or Gallery exhibit, installation, performance or display.

 

Mobile Phones and Electronic Devices

All mobile phones and other electronic devices such as pagers must be turned off before entering the theatre and studio.
