STALLHOLDER APPLICATIONS HAVE NOW CLOSED
Be part of our local Makers Market inside the Glasshouse on Saturday 26 October, 3-8pm.
The Glasshouse Port Macquarie is hosting the Makers Market as a one-time event to complement and celebrate our exhibition on display Obsessed: Compelled to Make, a touring show from the Australian Design Centre. This will be an opportunity for the Glasshouse to showcase the diversity of our local makers and local Port Macquarie-Hastings Artist/Makers to present their wares.
Are you a fabric printer, ceramicist, painter, sculptor, jewellery designer, seamstress, fibre artist, weaver? Do you have wares to sell? Would you like to showcase your skills? Would you like to do demonstrations? We would like to showcase you.
Entry is by application form, the final selection will be made by the Glasshouse Regional Gallery. There are limited places available and selection will focus on ensuring that a variety of practices are displayed.
All applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered:
Reside in the Port Macquarie-Hastings region.
No imported or purchased wares will be accepted.
You must provide images of your stall’s setup/presentation & proposed products.
No food or beverage products.
Must have a marquee (3x3 – this will be your allocated space for presenting your crafts).
No flammable items or caustic causing equipment allowed.
Provide an item list of all electrical appliances, No more than 10 amps per stall, which have been test and tagged in the current period by an electrician.
Work within the WHS Act 2012 during install and pack down.
