TEDxYouth@Sydney 2019 - Satellite Event
Made by young people, for young people, but with the eyes and ears of the world in mind, TEDxYouth@Sydney is a platform for ideas worth spreading designed for young change makers, thinkers, innovators, activists, and entrepreneurs between the ages of 16 and 26.
Like TED, TEDxYouth@Sydney covers almost all topics — from science to business to global issues — but all with a youth focus.
In 2019 we will be livestreaming TEDxYouth@Sydney direct to the Glasshouse in real time!
The theme for TEDxYouth@Sydney 2019: Cusp and all ages are welcome to attend!
Cusp is a point of transition between two states – that moment, that point when something is about to change to something else. We are at a tipping point and this is the time to push for change and make a difference.
Our lineup of speakers (all of which are 30 years old and under) are on the cusp of this change.
TEDxYouth@Sydney is about fresh ideas and approaches to existing and future problems which will determine how we will exist and survive in the next 10, 20, 100 years.
