Planning Your Visit

Glasshouse-Select-88.jpg
Are you the kind of person who likes to plan ahead for everything? We have prepared some tips to help make sure your visit to the Glasshouse is as enjoyable as possible.

Tip 1: Check your tickets - make sure you are familiar with the date and time. Some shows will have more than one bookable date or time, make sure you know which one you have booked!

Tip 2: Check the event location - although most of our ticketed events are held at the Glasshouse, we also provide External Ticketing services. That means that you can purchase tickets with us that may be at another location, for example at Players' Theatre on Lord Street.

Tip 3: Arrive at least 30 minutes before a performance - The Glasshouse opens one hour prior to a performance. Feel free to use this time to enjoy a drink at the Encore Bar with friends or browse our ShopSome performances have a 'latecomer' lock out - so make sure you are seated in plenty of time to enjoy the performance. If you are late, you may not be admitted to the theatre until a break in the performance or a time nominated by the performance company. This happens so other Glasshouse patrons or the performers are not disturbed.
