Am I eligible for discounted tickets with my seniors / pensioner / student concession card?

Discounted ticket prices are available for Pensioner Concession Card and Seniors Card holders, as well as full-time students. Proof of concession may be requested at the Glasshouse Box Office upon booking or presentation of your ticket at the theatre door.

NOTE: This may vary dependent on performance and venue hirer's requirements.

Do you charge transaction fees for ticket purchases?

Transaction fees apply to general public ticket purchases over-the-counter, phone or online for purchases over $10. Glasshouse Members do not pay transaction fees.

I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund on the tickets I purchased?

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice.

Am I able to exchange my ticket/s for a different event?

Glasshouse Members can exchange their tickets for another performance of the same show. Where performance prices vary, the difference will be charged or credited to the Member's account - no additional fees apply. General public tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show however, price variances and an exchange fee applies.

Is your venue accessible to physically or hearing impaired people?

What are your policies on children in the theatre?

Children under the age of 18 months may sit on their carer's lap without a ticket - this may vary dependent on the performance or venue hirer's requirements. Prams and strollers are not permitted inside the theatre. Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
